Build the Table, Not the Platform

Video

45 minutes

Welcome back to another episode of the beauty in burnt toast. Today's episode is build the table not the platform and I just love that name. Over the last few months we have started event called SA.

I know we've spoke about it a few times on here but SA has taught us a lot more than we ever expected about what women are actually hungry for. Yes, they want worship and they want to grow closer to Jesus, but they also want real connection.

They want to be known, to belong, and to be around women they can be real with. So, let's get into it. So, SA was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed just the women that came with the smiles on their face and just the open-mindedness to allow the Lord to dwell in that room.

And for that night,

um, one thing I really loved was during worship how loud it was in the room and how many women were just so confident to sing loudly. Um, you know, there was there was no need for a a screen that had music on it or the words like it was just coming from knowledge in the heart.

I thought that that was beautiful.

Yes. It was all very beautiful. It's like I couldn't have imagined it. You know, the idea of women from different churches, different ages, people that knew each other,

didn't know each other, all coming together, and being able to be vulnerable is beautiful.

Yeah.

And I felt like worship was the best part. It was just kind of like all bets are off, you know, people at the top of their lungs. And it was something that I think will bring most people to tears if you were there to experience it.

Yeah. Yeah. I think for it being our first SA, it was more than I imagined it would be. Like just I couldn't even fathom how great that night was um going to be.

And even having Taylor speak and just hearing the women kind of commenting while she was speaking just with a amen or just promoting her transformation with the Lord. I just I loved that it was just a support

kind of lifting up as she was talking.

Doubting the vision and watching God provide

Yeah. Yeah. Was really good. Um, you know, in having the vision for this, I didn't really know what this was going to look like.

And walking into the week before, I was just like, "Oh my gosh, what have I done? Like, what have I gotten myself into? Like, this is a lot. Is this going to turn out okay?" And I don't know why we question the Lord. It's it's hard. I mean, I know it it's our flesh.

It's just natural for us to question. But if he put something on your heart, I mean, you know, he's going to provide.

Yeah.

And he provided more than I think we could have ever made up in our heads.

Yeah. And so I thought at one point, you know, just this is something and kind of like, okay, God, you know, I see you.

Yeah.

I see you doing this. Like I am sorry. You know, we live in a artificial world.

Yeah.

And people just want

something tangible.

And I think there was just that tangible presence there.

What women want: to be heard, seen, and known

Yeah. I think women want to feel heard and want to be seen

and want to be known.

So, I think something that's really important is for us to be connected, but to also know each other. Yeah.

Even if we're starting off as strangers, being able to connect

in relation to God, but also just to grow that female community. um you know, we can know what people are wearing or where they vacationed or what their children are doing or like their favorite hobbies and stuff.

Um or like their dinner if they're posted on Facebook or Instagram. But sometimes I think the most important thing is to know what they're actually doing or what they're actually going through because that's how we can connect through the heart.

Yeah. There's a big difference between knowing someone and knowing someone.

Yeah. And I think there's some women that even probably won't even really admit how much they want or need that community where they can just come in

and be themselves.

Yeah. Yeah. I remember first moving here.

That was a big prayer of mine to God was like, "Lord, help me find women here that I feel just connected to or that can know me and we could, you know, be friends, of course, but just have an actual deep connection versus surface level." And I think that that's just what a lot of women want for these events is to be able to go in, not feel judged, come as you are, do what you need to do for your relationship with God, and then also see a friendly face now.

Yeah.

So, I think just sailor was that.

I really believe it was that.

Social media friendships and real community

Yeah. Um, social media has really changed what friendships look like.

Yeah.

Because seeing all of the things that we see on social media, we think we know someone and we think that we have a friendship with that person. I mean, probably even to the point of celebrities.

Like, you're seeing these people every day and you just feel like they're your friend. I mean, like,

they don't know you. They don't really know you. And most people don't really know you either. Like a lot of friendships, I think, how much are you letting them in?

Yeah.

How much are you letting them know what you're really dealing with?

Yeah.

Because that's where true community lies. I think it can be really hard for women that are adults to find friends.

I moved and kind of had to restart kind of not a friend group, but just like my community and seeing how hard it is versus being in elementary and middle school and playing on the playground or whatever and having your own little click, like it's it's very different.

There's a very big variety of maturity levels and uh morals and religions and so it's just finding what is best for you and what you need and your belief system and what would fill your cup is very important but it's very difficult.

Yeah.

To be able to be vulnerable when you're another adult. So, well, you want people who will provide both sides of filling your cup and also sharing what they're going through. Yeah. With you.

Lonely in a room full of people

Um, being surrounded by people doesn't necessarily mean you're not lonely.

I think you can still be in groups. Like people can come to church and be around people every Sunday and still feel like they don't belong there.

Yeah.

There are people who sneak in, sit in the back, sneak out, and never really connect to anyone or anything.

Yeah.

And people even too sometimes will get hurt and get upset.

But people can't be everywhere at one time. And if you've been missed, then maybe you need to do something about it, you know?

Yeah. Yeah. I think um loneliness is just a very complex thing that can come from a bunch of different things. Depression, anxiety, personally isolating yourself, whatever the case may be. maybe not being as open to people or maybe you just have a closed off personality.

But I think um lonely can be identified in different ways by different people.

And I definitely believe people can be in a room or at a dinner or at a game night or whatever the case may be and still feel alone and smile and laugh in front of a group full of people, but they're not being their authentic self.

And I think that there is an importance to having a space with women where you can lay that that wall down,

lay those guards down and be able to be like, "Look, I'm I'm struggling or I feel isolated. Um,

can we do something? Can you can you pray for me?" Yeah. Things like that. Not being able to express yourself,

keeping everything shoved in, right,

can create that feeling of loneliness.

A space where no one walks in as a stranger

And I think what we don't want to happen is creating an event for people to just walk into a room full of strangers and not feel welcomed

because that can create a lot of intimidation and just pressure and stress to get to know people because that's the purpose.

But I feel like SA was intentionally created to be a space where the Holy Spirit can dwell and it's a come I'm one come all enjoy food enjoy worship get to know each other we're going to be authentic and honest and just

truly no judgment

and I think for me if I were to if I if I didn't know about the event and I came I feel like initially because I am a very anxious person I would feel intimidated by just going, but then actually taking that step to go and participate and listen and talk to other people.

I feel like I would be leaving and going on the way home just thinking, man, I'm proud of myself that I did that.

Like, I wouldn't have had that interaction with God or other people if I didn't go. I don't even like the word event as much because to me in my head when I picture event it aligns with platform and that is okay kind of what we

not that you said that meaning that

I don't want it to ever be hey I'm coming here to listen to someone talk at me I want it to be I'm coming here to participate ate

and to make connections and to get to know these people and like even the person talking like I'm talking to them after I'm developing a relationship with them.

Yeah.

And that build the table is like we're sitting at a round table. We're all equal. We're all looking at each other, talking to each other, getting to know each other, not looking at somebody that is like up above us. You know what I mean?

Right. I think for me and I think I see event just as like a pl like a a a space.

Yeah.

Um that something's going to happen and we go to it. And I don't think I I wasn't thinking platform but like I just see it as a place where women can come and walls can be down

and authenticity and being genuine with your heart is just flowing throughout the room.

Yeah. And I think being able to have a genuine connection helps us to do many things. I think it helps us with other having a genuine connection with other women helps us to grow our fe feminine side. I believe um

being able to be more nurturing and compassionate for other women. I feel like we're gifted that. And I think being able to care for other women and

just not have any judgment or any of that. I feel like I'm saying that word a lot, but genuinely,

yeah,

I feel like it was just a place where people could laugh, cry, have any emotion, and people would be there for them.

Well, it makes you stronger when you can also see other people, um, letting their walls down and letting the emotions flow. Yeah.

but also knowing that there are people walking through the same things as you and you're meeting people that you can connect with that will have your back.

Yeah.

And that you're not just going to see and not see, but there's continually these gatherings where you can see the same people over and over if you wanted to.

Right.

Conversations that showed women want this

Um, I mean afterwards there was a girl that I've been kind of hesitant to talk to cuz like she, you know, she is in church in in the church and you know she sings and stuff and so I was just like oh like I'm a little nervous and she's she's my age and like I don't talk to people my age and then we talked after and it was just like I didn't I was like intimidated initially but then I realized I was like oh she's chill like

she's a great she's a great woman. She's great to talk to. we have a lot in common. And so I think seeing how the event went and having other conversations with women, not just her, it showed that people want this.

Like there's a there's a relationship that people want that we need to continue doing at this place.

And I'm not saying like the actual event, but just SA that there is a wanting to continue this, meet new people, have new relationships with women, deepen your relationship with God, connect to the person that is going to be talking um and sharing just intimate um and just deep testimony.

I think women want that.

Yeah. This could have been just a beautiful event. It could have just been this pretty table with this nice food, us listening to someone speak, singing a few songs, and then everyone's done. But it was so much more.

Yeah.

Because people wanted to talk to each other. They wanted to get to know each other. they wanted to hang around afterwards and talk, you know, I I would like that to have to kick people out. Like I'm totally fine with that idea.

Yeah.

And then just seeing women um praying with each other, even people, you know, who weren't necessarily tapped to pray with people, people just getting up and doing it and seeing the emotion and just holding each other in their arms. I mean, it's just amazing.

What comes next: Mana

Yeah. Yeah. Um, you know, we have something coming up called Mana, and it's going to be a group of women that are participating in different topics and doing a Bible study together.

We're going to be doing that monthly.

And you know, it's going to be different from SA, but I think I still kind of want the same aspects of SA of women being able to appreciate each other, be in a room together, be um authentic and asking each other deep questions and even self-reflection.

Um whether that is off of the topic that we go off of or scripture or just being in that room, I want it to be something where we know God is present and we know that we have each other's backs.

It is not sit down, listen and leave.

Yeah.

Like that is

it's not homework.

You can get that everywhere, anywhere.

Yeah.

And it keeps those relationships alive as well. And I think it helps women to really develop that sense of belonging to something.

Yes.

And I think that being able to have mana more consistent more consistently than SA helps us to be able to do multiple things at once and be able to have different women come in because I mean there could be a certain amount of women um that come for SA and then a different amount of women that come for Mana.

Yeah. And I think being able to give different people an opportunity of time and um you know what we're going to be participating in and doing and providing. I think that that is just going to grow um the amount of women that can come to this which would be beautiful.

Yeah. So if you are in North Alabama, we would love to have you.

Yeah. at any part of this. Small group is open. SA is open.

Yeah.

Um I just want people to know that it does not matter where you come from. It doesn't matter what denomination you are. Um doesn't matter how old you are. We if you're a woman, we want you there.

Yeah.

And I think it's a great place to it's a great place to start. Most people want community, but someone has to text first.

Yep.

Somebody has to invite. Somebody has to say, "Come sit with us."

Somebody has to notice the person standing alone. And this is so hard for a lot of people. It is not easy to initiate. It's not easy to put yourself out there.

Starting small and showing up anyway

Um, one thing with planning sa, you know, we started with a kind of like a small group from church just to see what it looked like, what it felt like, and then to see it grow. You don't know what it's going to look like.

You know, that's the scary part when you're doing a small group, when you're doing other things.

Is one person going to show up? Is nobody going to show up? You have no idea. But

yeah,

it doesn't matter,

right? I think I think the enemy kind of in tries to embed in your mind that people aren't going to come. People aren't going to like it. People aren't going to want to attend. Um, you know, it's not going to it's not going to blossom.

And I just think that that's that's a straight up lie. Um, I think when God provides something good, um, for the betterment of his kingdom, the enemy is going to just try and counter counterattack.

So, I think, you know, one thing to remember is just if one person comes, that's what matters.

Someone can come and not not be committed to God or be committed to Jesus or like know where they're at in life and just one night or one um Bible study could impact them for the rest of their lives.

And that's that's a soul saved and that's a soul that turned their way back to God.

And I think that that it's like social media has kind of projected when you do uh when you do things women group uh women's groups or things like that it needs to be a large quantity of women but in reality it's kind of like Jesus and his disciples.

It can also be very very special when it's just them like it's intimate. And so I think

you can have three people and still have impact.

Yeah. Yeah. And I think just reflecting on that is is important. It's not about the mass. It's about, you know, just

being obedient.

Yeah. Being obedient.

Creating the community you want

So I want to know, have you ever wanted community but done nothing to create it?

And I know not. There's some people who just don't like doing stuff like that. But I'm not talking to you.

But you can also grab a friend and be like, "Hey, this is how I'm feeling. Can you help?" Or three friends or four friends. Like you can do it as a group. You can meet at a coffee shop. I have seen that. I hang out at a lot of co coffee shops. Let's just be real.

I've seen a lot of women meet up two or three people and disciple and go through their Bibles together. Like,

yeah,

that is the same thing. Like, you don't have to start out doing an event with a hundred people, right?

And that's not even that's not how we started out. We started out with a very small handful of women.

Yeah. But sometimes if you want something, you have to create it yourself.

Yeah.

And I think willing to take that step to implement it.

That was what's important is like first you have the idea and then you actually take the action to do it and then you see um the fruit from it. Yeah.

And I think that's kind of what what we did and it was beautiful and just being able to see that fruit and what what was I don't know how this works but what was what fruit was beared

I don't birthe from it

what was bearded uh what fruit was bore what fruit came from that night it's just I want to continue seeing that and see it multiply Um, but two, I want to make this very clear. This could not have been done without the Lord. Like, this is 100% not us.

None of it comes from us

This is him. This was a vision from him. Um, and it's never going to be about anything but him.

No. I it's it's it's really like you can have the idea, but you're giving it to him so that whatever he wants the the title to be or whatever he wants to happen, you're submitting to that. It's not about us. It's not about even the pod like it's not about what who we are.

It's about who God called us to be and called it like our hearts and what he wants us to do. We are letting him go through our temple.

Yeah.

And having the Holy Spirit just portray what we need to portray for the women in our area. Um, you know, it's it doesn't matter if it's a huge audience. It doesn't matter if you have a high influence on social media or you're popular on Facebook or whatever.

It's it's about having one person say, "Hey, come sit with us. Come be here. We would love to have you." And I think that's what a lot of women need to hear is, "Hey, we we want you here. We see you and we'd love for you to join us."

Yeah. These things don't exist until someone is willing to create the space.

Yeah. Even when it comes to churches, you know, that all starts with the calling. Like you were talking earlier about somebody you knew planting in church.

Yeah.

That somebody pointed out to me the other day, it's like standing at the edge of a cliff.

Yeah.

Trying to decide if you're going to jump or not.

Right.

And most of the times in order to get anywhere, you have to jump. And you just have to trust and just have complete faith in him.

Yeah. It can be scary. Yes,

but it's definitely worth it.

So, while God can put it on our hearts to have the idea to do something, word of mouth was very important. And having other women that were very open to helping us make this happen and just being like, "Hey, like I have time.

Let me let me know what I can help you with." Just having women around you that were willing and able. That was what was really important.

Yeah. It's not people who were out to be seen.

No.

No. And what we did has so much value, but it's not from us. And I think that that's something that is important to remember is that it's not about who's holding the microphone. It's about what's being said and how it impacts your heart.

Yes.

Um

letting the Lord work through you.

Yeah.

Yeah. It's not a what your reputation holds. It's about what what God has to say.

Taylor's testimony and why stories connect us

And I think that's definitely, you know, having Taylor speak.

Yeah.

Um I don't know if it's if it's something she was I mean, I know she felt like the Lord was calling her to do it.

Yeah.

But I don't think she necessarily even realized what it would do, right?

What he would do through her, right?

And what it would do for her sharing that testimony.

Yeah. I think a lot of times taking the initiative to do something can be a little bit hesitant when you're not feeling like God's like you need to share this right in the moment.

Like someone can actually come to you and then it kind of grows in your heart to be like I I you know what I need to go do something. Someone can have the idea and then you share it with somebody else and then they grow the idea.

And I think that's kind of what happened with Taylor is like we asked her to share her testimony and I think initially you know she thought about it but then she she could see hers like she saw herself doing it and that was where that idea spread.

So I think that that is what's beautiful is I think

taking initiative is very important when wanting to form something that is God ordained but it can be it can for sure be difficult. Um, and I think, you know, something that is really important is not having it be a super like fleshly thing.

Not having it be a title where it's like, hey, this is about me. This is what I'm doing. This is what I'm publishing or promoting or anything. It's it's it's about God and he needs to be at the center.

So,

it's the difference between wanting recognition for something

Yeah.

and creating a space for others.

Yeah. And I think

I think thinking about the other people was was what was most fun was like, oh, what would people like to eat while they're there? What would the decor Yeah. What what decorations would they like?

what what would be an important topic to talk about testimony-wise, you know, um so much went into it though and so many women helped. I mean, we had prayer people, we had people that were willing to help us clean up. We had people that were willing to help us decorate.

Um working on invites, sharing it with other people,

people jumping in that weren't even asked to jump in.

Yeah.

Is always appreciated. Yeah, there was a lot of behind the scenes that happened that was also equally God or like God worked in their heart to help us. They were they were stewards and it was just it was very much appreciated.

Yeah.

And I I feel with us leading this, you don't necessarily have to have a big title or even a title. It's just you are a follower of Jesus. He's asking you to do something. you are leading it and then you can see what needs to be done. and obedient servant I think is a better than

I don't know how you word that but

um

Worship, release, and letting go

I think most people's favorite part was the worship

and it's something I would like to potentially extend because I think we really could have just stayed in that moment forever and nobody would have cared. It was almost like worshiping alone

is kind of what it it felt like. I mean, you're in a room full of women, but it just felt so personal. Um, yeah. I don't know. It's kind of hard hard to describe. Everyone was in their own element. Um, I just I love that you could tell that people needed it.

And I think that's what was most important is like you could actually see the fruit.

Yeah.

Happening. Um so you could just see that women needed it. They were they had something that they were either carrying in to the night or that they were were med meditating or you know focusing on in the moment.

and just being able to see them be able to emotionally release while worshiping and talking to God. It was just it was a blessing. It was really beautiful.

Um, you know, I think one thing I've learned is that you can only plan and have control up to a certain extent. And you just have to let go.

Yeah.

Because I'm the kind of person who wants every little thing done and known so I can know what to expect and I know what's happening,

right?

But it feels so much better when you just let go and let God.

Yeah. Exactly.

Honesty over perfection

Yeah. Um, you know, I think SA and our podcast has shown how women can respond to honesty rather than just like like you're saying like a control or like a perfectionist standpoint. Like it's just, hey, I'm authentic. I'm here. I want to talk about this.

I want it to be a place where if you want to come up to me and share what you're going through, like I'm going to be here for you. And you you know that um you feel that.

I think that us having the Beauty and the Burnt Toast podcast and also doing that night, it was just I felt the connection of our hearts wanting that for them.

Yeah.

And I felt like they could see that and that was that made me really happy.

Yeah. Um, and I feel like that draws people in is when you're genuine and you're authentic.

And, you know, I think with Taylor speaking, she spoke on some really deep subjects and some things that were really personal to her. And I think she said the perfect amount that she needed to say for people to connect and relate without going like sharing too much

because I think also, you know, the women had their night and Taylor also had her own experience, but she was the one speaking. So, she had a very different um point of view for how that night went.

And I think for her being able to pray to God and really just be in a deep relationship while she talked about what she went through, he gave her the exact words to say.

And I felt like women, even if they didn't go through what she, you know, has gone through, they really connected.

Well, that's why we always say our stories connect us. And that's why testimonies matter so much because

you are seeing yourself in someone else's life,

right?

Or you are thinking to yourself,

she went through all of this

and she is still praising the Lord and she is still

getting up here. Look how much strength she has. Yeah. Like

there's a confidence that I think women can see when you share your testimony

and

it's empowering.

Yeah.

Yes.

Yeah. I I feel like there's this I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but I feel like women are in a sense expected socially to feel like they have it all together

and to act like that and show that side of them and not necessarily talk about it.

It's exhausting.

Yeah. And I just feel like there is that assumption that you have to smile through everything and not admit that you're struggling or that you know you're going through stuff.

I'm not fine.

Right? And I think there is truly an empowering feeling when you're able to say, "Hey, I'm struggling." And then someone else can be like, "Me, too. Let's talk about it." I think that that's that's what that night was. It's like, "Hey, I'm going through something.

I know the person next to me is too, and we're both just going to worship about it."

Come as you are

Well, also, it's it's I guess it's not it's funny. It's to be expected, but just the amount of people who asked me what they were supposed to wear and you know, I made a video and posted in our group like as you are.

If you want to wear jeans, if you want to dress up, like, nobody cares. Wear what you want. Maybe don't come in your pajamas, but

yeah,

we are so used to church functions being something you have to get all doled up for and that's fine. But also, you know, there's the possibility that you're going to cry. There's the possibility you're going to get on your knees, you're going to get on your face, right? Whatever.

So, kind of what's the point?

Yeah.

Come in as you are. Nobody cares. If your makeup runs and smears everywhere, that's fine. We love you anyways.

Yeah. I know that. that I probably would have changed my makeup routine that night if I knew that it was going to I was going to be sweating so much.

Oh yeah, that too.

You know, I I was wearing a wig. I would have taken a ride off and been like, "Look, the Lord still thinks I'm beautiful." So,

and I did bring my curling iron with me and fixed my hair before we started because it just went

What women are actually hungry for

um so I want to touch back on what are women actually hungry for because we're talking about you know SA and how that night went and what we wanted for the women. So, I feel like women need less judgment right now and more understanding.

And what I mean by that is like I I understand you. I see you. I can relate to you. I hear you. And I care for you. I think women need more women that can support them and also be like it's just an equal support. I support you. I am there for you. I can pray for you.

And likewise the other person.

Yeah. I don't need to know that you're perfect. No. I don't need to know that you have it all together. I need to know that we're in this no matter what and that you do have imperfections and that you do struggle sometimes because that makes you human right

just like me.

It's taking out this idea to be perfect in this performance act and just letting Jesus be the one

Yeah.

in the center. I think just feeling a belonging whether that is just with Jesus or with the other women in the room.

Being able to be honest with yourself and other women sharing kind of their transparency as well.

Being able to

stopped acting and moved the mask.

Yeah. and allow yourself to worship, not just on Sunday. Like

be yourself in a group of other women being able to whe whether it's raising your hands or even saying it out loud or whatever, like be authentic with yourself. If you need to raise your hands, if you need to get on your knees and cry, that's accepted.

Um there's something about walking into a place as a woman

and not looking around Yeah. and thinking less of yourself, walking in and being like,

"These are my people." You know,

it's not a comparison act. And I loved that. It's like there's just women from all ways of life and, you know, different backgrounds, different age ranges, you know, just so much difference, but so equal craving for Jesus.

Build your own table

And I loved that. Um, you know, and I think when it comes to building that table, you don't need to have your own sailor or start your own podcast or necessarily grow your own ministry. You don't need a bunch of people on social media following you.

You may only need a few people, but knowing that God is giving you the heart to do something and the idea for it and you taking initiative and saying, you know what, I don't know where this is going to lead me, but I'm going to take one step at a time.

And I think that, you know, trust just like Jade was saying, taking that leap of faith off of the mountain and just trusting him wholeheartedly. That is what is important for every woman that's hearing this.

Yeah. Um, so whether that's inviting someone over or, you know, going to a coffee shop with other women or opening your Bible, um, genuinely just reflect on how you're doing and what you can do for the kingdom.

And, you know, if there's other women that are like-minded like you that want to start something, pray about it. Um, and go to scripture about it, you know.

If you see someone, and this is so important to me, if you see a woman, whether that's at church or in in an in a space like this, um, that is alone or even on social media that is sharing that she's alone or lonely, just letting them know that you're there to speak to them, you're there to listen, you're there to be a friend, a companion, you know, to be the shoulder to cry on that impacts and moves so much weight over for them to genuinely be vulnerable.

And I think that that's just beautiful. It just takes one act of kindness for a woman to be able to let her wall down um and be like, you know what, I'm not alone anymore. I feel like I have somebody.

Grab somebody and take them to church with you so they don't feel alone.

The one thing to take home

Yeah. Yeah. So, if you could take one thing that you and I went through with SA and give it to every woman listening, what would it be? I would say the release. I think there were I don't think I know just from feedback there were a lot of women that left things in that room.

They let go of things.

They dropped some walls and I don't know what else you can ask for. As women, we just carry so much and it's so hard for us to let go. So, if we can create a space where women feel comfortable just I almost want to say taking everything off, but please don't take everything off.

Removing the mat, removing the backpack, just letting go and letting God without sounding too cliche, then

that's what it's all about,

right? And you know, maybe God is not asking you to build a platform. He might just be asking you to make room at your table.

And that's the whole point of building a table and not a platform,

you know? So, I hope that us sharing about SA and our podcast and just our heart can help you to maybe learn more things about yourself or even be interested in joining us in our SA nights or even think about going to Mana or continuing to listen to our podcast.

It's all about women coming together, being connected, being honest, and just being like, "Look, Lord, here am I." So, don't be afraid to step out in faith.

Closing prayer and sign-off

Yes. Well, we will see you next time. This is Jade and I from the Beauty and Burnt Toast podcast. Beauty and Burn podcast. Bye. Dear heavenly father, I pray over the women that were able to listen in or watch our podcast today.

Lord, I just pray that you're able to show them the table that they need to be at, the table that they can either grow or the table that they can sit at. Lord, I just pray that you let them know that your comfort is with them and that other women are there for them.

Lord, give them the women that they need in their circle. Give them the people that they need to grow. Whatever table that they're wanting, Lord, show them just what you want for them.

Allow them to have a space where they can feel heard, accepted, valued, and able to just worship you wholeheartedly and confidently. We thank you, and we love you in Jesus' name. Amen.

Amen.
